Shipping is free for orders over ¥6,000 incl. tax (excludes Okinawa and remote islands).
A flat nationwide rate of ¥750 will apply for orders under ¥6,000 incl. tax (for Okinawa and remote islands, a delivery charge of ¥1,700 by Japan Post will apply regardless of the order total).

Returns and exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery with the nature of your return and we will respond with further instructions. If the return is due to customer change of mind, return shipping costs will be payable by the customer.
If the return is due to our error, such as where incorrect products or quantity, or defective (damaged, soiled) products have been supplied, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
Subject to stock availability, items will be replaced with the same product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
We will not accept the following returns or exchanges:
- Products that have been used
- Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products without packaging (bag, box, case)
- Products not purchased from Woset Online Store
- More than 8 days have passed after delivery
- Where contact has not been made with Woset Online Store
